I made these last night for dinner. We’ve been trying out a healthier meal plan this past week and a half, and it’s awesome! Except the plan we’re following doesn’t have creative ways to spruce up veggies for dinner. So, I tried this one. Yeah, the parmesan might not be totally on par with the healthy, but everything is so healthy I thought I’d let it slide. Yum!
