Ground Chicken Taco Burgers

Ground Chicken Taco Burgers


1 lb. ground chicken

½ small onion, diced

1 tsp minced garlic

¾ oz. dry taco seasoning

1 egg

4 hamburger buns

4 slices cheese (pepperjack)

1 avocado

¼ c. chopped jalapeno (optional)

½ cup salsa


Preheat griddle to 325.

Mix ground chicken, onion, garlic, taco seasoning, and egg together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Season with salt and pepper. Divide evenly into 4 patties.

Cook 5-8 minutes per side. Pace patty on bun, top with cheese, avocado slices, and desired amounts of jalapeno and salsa (you may also include jalapenos in the patty mix).
