Chicken Kabobs


Chicken Kabobs

8 oz. can pineapple chunks

¼ cup bottled chili sauce

1 T brown sugar

1 T lime juice

¼ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. ground ginger

¼ tsp. ground allspice

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1 large red or green sweet pepper, cut into 1” pieces


Drain pineapple, reserving 2 T juice; set chunks aside. For sauce, mix juice, chili sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and spices.

Thread chicken pieces with pepper and pineapple chunks onto skewers.

Brush skewers with sauce and broil for 7-10 minutes. Turn, brush with sauce and broil 7-10 minutes longer.
