Tuesday: Butternut Squash
(I planned to make Cheesy Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole, but forgot we were bringing a side dish to a friend’s for dinner, oops! I sauteed the squash in EVOO for about 5 minutes w/ S&P, then baked at 350 for 15 minutes. Drizzle with honey and top with thyme.)
Wednesday: Tortellini & Salad

Thursday: Feta Turkey Burgers
Friday: Chicken Caesar Salad
Saturday: Oven BBQ Chicken, Biscuits & Salad
Sunday: Papa Murphy’s, we didn’t have leftovers! =)
